The Wisconsin Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (WAEOPP) advocates on behalf of first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities who participate in WI TRIO and educational opportunity programs. People, regardless of their background, financial status, or disability, have the right to attend college – a goal too often thought unattainable for many. WAEOPP programs have successfully made it their mission to remove social, academic, and cultural barriers that prevent many students from entering and graduating from college.

• The Wisconsin TRIO Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation for charitable donations. All funding donated to the Wisconsin TRIO Association goes directly to providing student scholarships.
