Standing Committees

2. Increase membership by 10% as of November 2007.
3. Meet Fair Share goal of 105% by February 2007.
4. Implement campaign via e-mail and telephone.

3. Update Wisconsin TRiO Yearbook for use at Policy Seminar by soliciting information from program directors.

2. Seek nominations for the WAEOPP Executive Board.
3. Conduct the election process prior to the end of the spring semester.
4. Conduct election via www.EVoteOnline.com.

2. Publicize Emerging Leaders Institute options & the application procedures.
3. Select Wisconsin ELI Candidates for President's Approval in a timely manner.

2. To publicize scholarship options and application procedures.
3. Disseminate MAEOPP/WAEOPP scholarship information and application materials.
4. Review, evaluate, and prioritize participant applications.
5. Award WAEOPP scholarship/fellowship and communicate results to the Chapter Board and to MEF for payment.

2. Finalize a fiscal policy and procedure guide for WAEOPP.
3. Develop a long range budget plan for WAEOPP to insure
   MEF pledges are kept current and TRIO
   Desk monies are available for fall 2007.
4. Develop long range plan to create new income streams for the association.

2. Communicate with publication committee to announce competition.
3. Select 2007 WAEOPP TRIO Achiever(s).
4. Communicate results to WAEOPP Board and Membership.

Special Committees

1. Promote study aboard initiatives through Wisconsin and COE.
2. Explore study abroad opportunities for WAEOPP Students.
3. Support study abroad opportunities through campus programs.
4. Work with the scholarship committee on the selection for possible Study Abroad Scholarship participants.

1. Coordinate with Publications and Technology Committees for Updated information and TRiO Yearbook for use at Policy Seminar.
2. Schedule appointments and organize visits to the "hill".
3. Coordinate with WI TRiO Day committee in organizing WI Policy Seminar.

1. Organize a Wisconsin Policy Seminar in conjunction with State TRiO Day activities in Madison.
2. Coordinate with program directors across the state to bring TRiO students, Staff, and Alumni to the State Capital in Madison for Office Visits.
3. Encourage each campus to invite state officials to campus
   to celebrate TRIO Day.
4. Coordinate with last years committee members for assistance and to minimize problems.

1. Update and maintain WAEOPP Website.
2. Work with Nominations and Elections to coordinate the E-Vote process.
3. Update Contact information and group mail server on WAEOPP Website.
4. Continue to assist the Scholarship Committee with online submission of applications and review of candidates.

1. Manage, coordinate,plan and implement all aspects associated with the 2007 Tri State
   Conference in Rochester, Minnesota April 25-27, 2007.
2. Ensure that the Board is updated on any and all changes.
3. Forward all pertinent Conference information to Publications and Technology committees
   for immediate distribution to all Chapter members.

1. Manage all aspects of planning and implementation of the 2007
   McNair/SSS Senior's Retreat.
2. Continue to review all aspects of the conference: ie: evaluation
   "best fit" hotel, faculty involvement, social/networking
   opportunities for students.
3. Organize a director/coordinator meeting to communicate
   retreat goals.

Ad Hoc Committees

1. Seek applications.
2. Review, evaluate, and select finalists.
3. Manage Logistics of the Experience.
4. Supervise TRiO Desk Student.

1. Contact like associations for affiliation and communication.
2. Form partnerships and seek support from local, state,
   and national associations, businesses, and corporate sponsors.
