  4. Recommend revisions to the WAEOPP Fiscal Policies and Procedures as needed to the WAEOPP Board of Directors.
  5. Develop long range plan to create new income streams for the Association.
  6. Review, examine, and make recommendations regarding the Association’s financial investments.
 

 
TRiO ALUMNI (TRIO Achiever Selection)

  5. Forward WAEOPP TRiO Achiever application to MAEOPP for consideration for MAEOPP TRiO Achiever selection.
  6. Coordinate information needed to take a lead in alumni relations across MAEOPP.
  7. Work with Chapter President to submit a COE State Initiative Grant for purposes of increasing alumni engagement within state.

TRiO Day and State Policy Seminar

  1. Organize a Wisconsin Policy Seminar in conjunction with State TRiO Day activities in Madison.
  2. Coordinate with program directors across the state to bring TRiO students, Staff, and Alumni to the State Capital in Madison for Office Visits.
  3. Encourage each campus to invite state officials to campus
    to celebrate TRIO Day.
  4. Coordinate with last year's committee members for assistance and to minimize problems.
 

 
Technology
