THE FINE PRINT

• Guestroom rates indicated are applicable for up to the occupancy stated
• All Rooms include Water Park passes for all occupants
• Guestroom rates do not include taxes (proof of tax exempt will be needed at check-in)
  applicable state and local taxes are Currently 13% on rooms only
• All reservations must be guaranteed by the school and accompanied by a guaranteed with
  a major credit card, or school check if received by a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival
• Room rates above are available two days pre and post.
• Each school has up to 72 hours prior to arrival date to cancel the individual room
  with a $25.00 cancellation fee per room
• If the school cancels the room within 72 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the first
  night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the school’s credit card or taken from the deposit
• **Note: In addition to each school calling in their own reservations for their students as listed above,
  each school must provide a list of names and payment for their students and provide a copy of their
  tax exempt certificate to the Resort**
• CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests arriving
  prior to 4:00 PM will be assigned accommodations as they become available.

GROUP ROOM RATES: Resort suite rates are subject to $5.00 per night Resort Services Fee plus applicable state and local taxes (Currently 13%). Resort Services Fee includes unlimited access to high speed, wireless internet service; USA Today newspaper; local and outgoing 800 telephone calls; in-room coffee, unlimited access to Ship Shape Fitness Center and incoming/outgoing facsimile service.
