    Session Description 
    Scholarship Success Boot Camp delivers street smart advice to parents and teens on how to approach the scholarship process like a pro. Families and youth workers who desperately want their children to go to college, but don't know how to pay for it, will find this intensive, hands-on workshop especially helpful. Students, parents and mentors will learn the best scholarship tactics and the most common mistakes. Participants will start their scholarship résumé, build their Team of Champions™, get answers to their burning questions and much more. A Scholarship Success Workbook is included for each participant.
  • Eprofiles (1/4 Day session)

    Session Description 
    eProfiles is a web-based system that enables TRIO students to electronically compile and highlight their high school achievements, showcasing themselves to colleges of their interest. eProfiles helps students select colleges that are a good fit and enables students to begin dialogues with admissions and diversity offices. eProfiles includes the students in a unique database of similarly situated students that will be viewed by colleges and universities around the nation.
  • Navigating the Cyber World (1/4 Day session)

    Session Description 
    The Internet can be a amazing source of information both for us and about us. Participants will look at how to use the internet as the resource it can be to assist with the college going process. Discussions including real world impact stories related to social networking sites like myspace and facebook will delve into what positive and negative affects these sites can have on admissions, scholarships, internships and employment.
