CONFERENCE CONTACT PERSONS

Reservations at the Great Wolf Lodge are to be
made directly by March 23, 2008.   You are to identify yourself when making
reservations as part of "WAEOPP Conference"

Room Rates:$62 for single, $99 for double occupancy (all rooms are suites).
Rates do not include taxes.  Check In is 4:00 p.m., Check Out is 11:00 a.m.
Each registered guest will receive a wristband, which is good for all of the water park facilities
along with Wiley's Woods (the four-story year-round dry entertainment area.
 
Making reservations will require a first night's deposit by credit card, balance due on check-out.
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for rooms canceled prior to the 3-day cancelation period.
The full first night fee will be processed for cancellations inside the 3-day period prior to arrival.
 
The Great Wolf Resort will honor the same rate for guests staying for up to 2 additional
days post conference (provided at least 10 rooms are booked).
